Should you wish to return a product, you must notify us by email (info@moooigemaakt.nl). The product must then be returned to us within 14 days. While you have the product in your possession, you will handle it and its packaging with care. You will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether you wish to keep it.

When returning the product, you will return it to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.

Should a product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try out the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged upon return.

Once the returned product has been received by us (in good condition), we will notify you and will then refund the amount due, within 7 working days, to the same account and name from which payment was made.

For delivery of digital products:
If you have purchased a digital product such as an e-book or music, it cannot be registered as a return. If a product does not work for any reason, please contact us so we can help you.

For delivery of services:
In the case of delivery of services, the consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement without giving any reasons for at least 14 days, starting on the day the agreement was entered into.
